I promised a few posts ago that I’d do a review of Lavera’s quattro illuminating eyeshadows, their new eyeshadow line. It consists of two palettes, which I bought, named “Lavender & Couture 02” and “Oriental Brown 01”
Now pictures of the swatches:

My impressions
– Those 2 palettes are a gem! I had never tried Lavera eyeshadows, but now I’m impressed. The colors are superb and easy to apply. They blend really nicely on the skin.
– The colors provide a natural shimmer, containing a multi-mineral complex and light-reflecting pigments. The colors of the Lavender palette may appear darker on the 2nd picture but if you build on the colors, you will get the colors as they appear on the 1st picture.
– The palettes are wet & dry It’s versatile, you can work with the colors to create a soft illuminating daytime look or a dazzingly look for a night out. When applied dry, the color shows lighter.
If you choose to apply a tiny bit of water on your eyeshadow brush, the color will appear darker and last longer (especially the green color, it shows better when applied wet)
– Lavera made a smart choice of colors. I mix sometimes colors from both palettes together and the combinations seem endless.
It’s nice to have such a wide range of colors at an affordable price (8, 60 Euros each (approx. 11$). They have the perfect amount of shimmer and the pigmentation is really nice.
At the moment, I’m using the palette on a daily basis. Since I’m not a makeup artist (I’m still struggling with liquid eyeliner haha) I really enjoy “playing” with them and trying various
combinations. Lavera products belong to my favorite, their cosmetics are NATRUE certified (natural cosmetics), contain plant ingredients from their own production and are vegan.

Thank you 🙂 I love Lavera as well. I can only recommend them. They are so affordable and gorgeous.
Elles sont mignonnes ces palettes! Très réussi ton maquillage naturel d'aujourd'hui 🙂
Merci Julie!
