Little gems #2: Blossom Valley!

Source: Blossom Valley

After introducing Ravenscourt Apothecary (here), my quest for green artisan brands has led me to another British gem 🙂
On Etsy since February, Blossom Valley offers a lovely and delicate selection of handmade beauty products. They’re created in small batches with simple and natural ingredients (macadamia nut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax, essential oils, clay, petals and salts are recurrent)
What will you find?  Soaps, body balms, bath salts, lip balms and crochet washclothes!

Perky soaps alert! I was immediately enthralled by the owl soap. I adore owls, and I couldn’t get over the cuteness of this product. I was also very happy to discover that Blossom Valley’s soaps are vegan (you will later find out why 😉
Along with the various types of clay used – cambrian blue clay,  yellow kaolin clay, French white clay, charcoal clay – I’m also particularly fond of the scent combinations and blends that Blossom Valley has come up with :  Vanilla & rose, rose & violet, cherry, vanilla & orange blossom, pink grapefruit & lemongrass,  coconut,  white peach blossom, poppy seed, rose & lavender, honey, almond & oatmeal, bergamot & carrot, ylang-ylang & jasmine, cedarwood
& oriental musk, eucalyptus & lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint
& tea tree.

Tasty lipbalms! Being a lip product addict, I’m obviously eyeing the lip balms and I’ll definitely add “coconut” and “parma violet” to my wishlist. (fiy: those are not vegan, they contain beeswax)

To me, this is another fun, quirky, and affordable Etsy shop worth checking out. The order I placed was shipped very quickly. Everything is so beautifully wrapped, and would make lovely gifts. Based in Manchester, Blossom Valley ships worldwide on Etsy (here)

Have you heard of Blossom Valley? What is your latest Etsy discovery?

Take care,

Liz
