Owlsome green beauty kit! Green People Bergamot-Sandalwood facial collection kit

What’s better than a skincare kit? A skincare kit with owls on it! Green People’s limited edition facial collection features a three step facial regime, with a cleanser (30ml), face scrub (30ml) and moisturizer (30ml). There are currently 4 special limited edition sets.

I shared a video on Instagram about the opening system of the kit which makes it extra fun (here). A part of the proceeds goes directly to support UK woodland and the animals, via The Woodland Trust, which I think is a fantastic initiative.
This
is a kit specifically tailored for fall/winter, as I find the formula
to be quite rich and hydrating. All three have a base of shea butter,
olive fruit oil, sunflower oil, aloe vera and glycerin, which are
ingredients I tend to avoid during warmer temperatures. So the past month, I’ve
been able to fully enjoy each product from the set.

The pro’s:
You shop for a great cause
The kit will last you for at least two solid weeks
Perfect for stocking fillers or simply as a travel set for a getaway.
Unisex
A condensed little routine in three steps: Cleanse with the Calendula & gernaium cleanser
Exfoliate with the Mandaring & Bergamot Face Scrub
Hydrate with the Rosemary & Sandalwood face moisturizer

The con’s:
It’s a limited edition, so make sure you order one before they’re sold out.

Out of the three, I’ve particularly enjoyed the Mandarin & Bergamot face scrub, a creamy exfoliator which leaves the skin soft and radiant, without feeling abrasive. Skin remains balanced and calm after use. The Calendula & Geranium cream cleanser is fuss-free, it’s rich but not sticky. While I’m partial to more elaborate blends, especially for my evening cleansing routine, this makes a great morning cleanser. I can definitely see the cleanser being used by the misters. Same applies for the Rosemary & Sandalwood face moisturizer. I tend to use oils instead of face creams, but I’ve been making an exception this season, as I’ve been trialling differenty types of cream moisturizers. The silky and non-greasy moisturizer has a subtle scent, and kept my face nicely hydrated.

The Green People Bergamot – Sandalwood facial collection currently retails for £15.95 and is available on their webshop (here). If you even have the possiblity to grab a few kits, do it, they are seriously owlsome 😉 I’ll also mention it again very soon for a little holiday post, so stay tuned.

Take care,

Liz

    1. J'ai récemment essayé Green People aussi, il faut dire qu'ils ont tellement de produits, c'est dur de savoir où commencer. As-tu une idée de ce qui te tenterais? 🙂 xx
